Born-and-raised Midwest girl that initially did what she thought she was “supposed to do” working up the corporate ladder, to now running a successful coaching & mentoring business helping people around the world create meaningful lives and financially successful businesses.

“Well, it didn’t happen overnight” is my first reply. When I was about to graduate from college I got into a near death car accident which threw me knee deep into personal growth and experiencing different healing modalities. From this moment forward, I began on the journey learning how to fully accept and love myself living with a disfigured face and smile.
After many months of healing and building courage, I wanted to leave my hometown of St. Louis and “make it” in a big city so I moved to Chicago. There I began working my way up the corporate ladder in sales and marketing, always helping companies grow their revenue. Even though I enjoyed the work, I never felt settled and knew there had to be something where I could use all my strengths and help people more intimately.
I had all of these interests and strengths, but didn’t know how I could put them all together and help people until I went to an entrepreneur conference and saw what was possible. All the things I was passionate about…writing, music, singing, psychology, coaching, entrepreneurship, creativity, spirituality, helping children, personal growth and philanthropy, worked together in the world of coaching and teaching.
Consequently, I also had huge fears about sharing my voice, being seen, not being good enough, perfectionism, lack of confidence, and didn’t know if I had what it took to make it work.

It’s not about what you do, it’s about who you become in the process of creating your biggest dreams.
It wasn’t until I moved to my other dream location of San Diego, and started working with Spiritual & Business Mentor, that I began to see how I could be of service. At that time my life seemed to be crumbling as a breakup with a boyfriend brought up feelings of abandonment and I kept getting physically sick. I knew I was meant for something different than working in a company helping others build business. I also knew I had gifts to share; however, clarity didn’t come until I started looking at my own patterns, mindset and understanding energy working with a personal growth coach.
I gave up the security of the 9-5, began working part-time for a promotional company, got a roommate to cut my rent, and started doing a multitude of odd jobs to keep a roof over my head while slowly building a coaching business from the ground up.
All you need is one person to fully believe in you and one person to inspire and support to start.
One of my biggest lessons has been that you must do the inner, personal growth work in tandem as you grow your business. Sure, you can practice many different strategies, and experience success, but if you want to sustain your success, you must also focus on transforming any limiting belief systems and old programming. From there, everything else will begin to transform around you.
I’m now grateful to share that I’m a walking example of a woman who transformed every area of her life. I have a loving husband, had my first baby by choice at 45 years old, and now live in a beautiful home in Colorado. It’s a joy teaching and working with people around the world to rebuild their lives, build businesses, and use their voice to gain more clients.

Am I always a rockstar producer who has all the answers? NO. I make a ton of mistakes and have days of tears, exhaustion and self-doubt. As a sensitive empath, I create space so I can take many breaks and recharge on a daily basis.
Yet unlike many coaches, I use my superpowers of being intuitive and a healer alongside my marketing and sales strengths to empower YOU to create strategies that work for you. I’m not going to tell you that you need to market in a certain way because you’re a unique Rebel Heart Leader, but I will share what’s working in the marketplace. You get to create Freedom in your life and business in whatever way feels good to you.
